-What is Rupture?
Rupture is an exhaustion of gross defilement.
The practitioner will experiences Mindfulness and Calmness.

The Techniques:
1. Find a quiet place.
2. Sit with a comfortable posture (1 hour).
3 . Shut our eyes, ears, nose, mouth, body and emotion.
If the mind wanders, be aware and return to the sensation.
0-30 minutes
– Observe the in-out breath to experience Mindfulness.
– Observe the sensation under the nostril to experience Calmness.
Observe the sensation on the body pair by pair (palm size)
symmetrically from head to toe.
Be aware of the different sensation by comparison .
30-60 minutes
Observe the sensation on the body part by part (palm size)
consecutively from head to toe.
Be aware of the sensation and accept with equanimity.
The defilement are degraded and extinguished.
When the gross defilement are completely exhausted ,
Practitioner attains Mindfulness and Calmness successfully.

How to attain the Path and the Benefit of Mindfulness and Calmness?
The Path are:
Observe the sensation on the body part by part (palm size)
consecutively from head to toe.
Be aware of the sensation and accept with equanimity.
The defilement are degraded and extinguished.
The Benefit are:
The practitioner develops Rupture, an extinction of gross defilement and attains Mindfulness and Calmness.

The Requisites of Enlightenment.
The five Controls are:
1-Faith
Faith will overcomes no-faith.
2-Effort
Effort will overcomes laziness.
3- Mindfulness
Mindfulness will overcomes neglect.
4- Concentration
Concentration will overcomes wandering.
5- Wisdom
Wisdom will overcomes delusion.

How to live a daily life and die with Mindfulness and Calmness?
Daily practice:
– Observe the in-out breath to experience Mindfulness.
– Observe the sensation under the nostril to experience Calmness.
– Observe the sensation on the body part by part (palm size)
consecutively from head to toe, then reverse from toe to head.
Be aware of the sensation and accept with equanimity
Practitioner attains Mindfulness and Calmness.
What is the continual life circle?
Last moment of our life will be the first moment of the next life.
If the last moment is full of Mindfulness and Calmness,
will exist as High Human .
If the last moment is full of Greed, will exist as Ghost.
If the last moment is full of Aversion, will exist as Animal.
If the last moment is full of Delusion, will exist as Hell Being.

Meditation allows your mind to settle down. Be more flexible and creative. Face your being without judgment or denial. Letting go the old habit and view the situation in a new way.
