– What is Mundane Concentration?
Mundane Concentration is an exhaustion of tiny defilement.
The practitioner will experiences Tranquility.
These techniques are for the practitioner who has no desire
in form, sound, odor, taste and sex.
No desire in form means no interest in beauty, jewelry, colored clothes.
Preferred white dress or monastic robe.
No desire in sound means no interest in music, song, argument.
Preferred peace and quiet environment.
No desire in odor means no interest in artificial good or bad smell.
Preferred natural smell.
No desire in taste means no interest in good or bad taste.
Preferred to eat what are available.
No desire in sex means no interest in sexual contact.
Preferred a single life.

Five attachments in Sensual World are:
1. Desire in good form, sound, odor, taste and mental object.
2. Hatred bad form, sound, odor, taste and mental object.
3. Laziness in perform good deeds
4. Doubt in cause and effect of nature law.
5. Wander in good and evil acts.

The Techniques:
These techniques are for the practitioner who has no desire
in form, sound, odor, taste and sex.
1. Find a quiet place.
2. Sit with a comfortable posture (1 hour).
3. Shut our eyes, ears, nose, mouth, body and emotion.
If the mind wanders, be aware and return to the sensation.
0-30 minutes
– Observe the in-out breath to experience Mindfulness.
– Observe the sensation under the nostril to experience Calmness.
Observe the sensation pouring from head to toe
with an awareness of an body in and out sensation (insight),
then reverse from toe to head.
Observe the sensation chopping from right to left and from left to right,
all over the body.
Be aware of the sensation and accept with equanimity.
The defilement are degraded and extinguished
30-55 minutes
Observe the sensation pouring from head to toe,
with an awareness of the body in and out sensation (insight),
then reverse from toe to head.
Observe the sensation chopping from top to bottom and
from bottom to top, all over the body.
Be aware of the sensation and accept with equanimity.
The defilement are degraded and extinguished.
When the tiny defilement are completely exhausted,
Practitioner attains the Mundane Concentration successfully.
55-60 minutes
Observe the sensation piercing the body at several points. Practitioner meditates diligently till it can piercing through.

How to attain the Path and the Benefit of Mundane Concentration?
The Path are:
Observe the sensation pouring from head to toe with
an awareness of the body in and out sensation (insight),
then reverse from toe to head.
Observe the sensation chopping from right to left,
then from left to right, all over the body.
Observe the sensation chopping from top to the bottom,
then from bottom to top, all over the body.
Be aware of the sensation and accept with equanimity.
The defilement are degraded and extinguished.
The Benefit are:
The practitioner attains Mundane Concentration, an extinction
of tiny defilement.

How to live a daily life and die with Mundane Concentration?
Daily practice:
– Observe the in-out breath to experience Mindfulness.
– Observe the sensation under the nostril to experience Calmness.
– Observe the sensation pouring from head to toe,
with an awareness of the body in and out sensation (insight),
then reverse from toe to head
The practitioner attains Mundane Concentration .
What is the continual life circle?
The last moment of our life will be the first moment of next life,
If the last moment is full of Mundane Concentration, will exists as
Tranquil Being.
If the last moment is full of Supra Mundane Joy, will exists as
High Celestial Being.
If the last moment is full of Mundane Joy, will exists as Celestial Being.
If the last moment is full of Inner Peace, will exists as High Human .
If the last moment is full of Greed, will exists as Ghost.
If the last moment is full of Ignorance, will exists as Animal.
If the last moment is full of Hatred, will exists as Hell Being.

The Requisites of Enlightenment.
The seven Factors of Enlightenment are:
1- Great learning of Dharma (nature). 2- Effort 3- Mindfulness
4- Concentration 5- Joy 6-Tranquility 7- Equanimity
