Here is my at home work out routine, mainly focusing on abs and
thighs. This is also what I ate today aswell.
FINALLY! Im so sorry its taken me so friggin’ long to post this. tbh I’ve only recently started working out & I didnt want to upload anything I didnt actually do. I also decided to film what I ate on this day too. The easiest way for me to maintain a healthy weight is to not restrict my diet hence the pizza lol, I love you guys & enjoy!
