Running in the Peak District – England – is one of my favourite things to do!
The hilly terrain and beautiful scenery makes it SUCH a satisfying place to exercise in.
Today was not such a good idea though lol
I went running along a cliff edge in 40mph, rain, below 7C degrees, without waterproofs and I went off piste and fell in a cold puddle. I also have Raynauds disease which is probably one main reason I couldn’t move my hands after…
However I did have a marvellous time and got completely soaked and full of mud from head to toe like in my own private muddy obstacle race – for free 😉
