HOW TO DEAL WITH CHANGE » How I learned to embrace change.
I used to not like change. And that’s a bit of an understatement. Dealing with change made me feel anxious, uncertain and worried. However, over the last three years I’ve learned coping with change and ultimately embracing change. Because change is life, and life is always in flux. And I’ve realised that change can bring lots of positive things, new opportunities, new lessons, new inspiration and new energy. So in this video, I wanted to share 5 lessons that have showed me how to cope with change, so hopefully it can help you out as well.

Managing change can be tricky, especially if you’re going through big life changes. I think that’s why I’ve learned so much over the last years, because my life has changed in a lot of ways. And I think minimalist living has also helped me with that. Because my life was already light and low maintenance, I felt more sure that I could handle things coming my way. And I see people around me struggling with how to deal with uncertainty, and how to embrace change in life. That’s why I wanted to share the things I’ve discovered. Hopefully it can make you feel a bit less anxious, and more like you can flow and evolve with the changes in life.

In the video, I asked you guys a question. I’m very curious about your thoughts and experiences with positive affirmations, the law of attraction, and manifesting. I’ve been toying with these things for the last couple of months, and I’m not sure how I feel about it yet. But I have a feeling there might be something there. What do you think?
