Jen Jen’s Delicious Stuffed Cheesy Bell Pepper (Simple and delicious!)

1 lb ground beef
1 tbls worcestershire sauce
3 Bell Peppers (any color)
I package 90 sec rice
1 cup of crispy onions
1 can tomato sauce
1 can tomatoes, green pepper and onions
1 bag of Monterey Jack Cheese
1 tsp Garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
In a microwave safe glass dish, add 1/4 cup water. Cut bell pepper in half and clean out seeds.
Put in glass dish and place in microwave uncovered for approx. 5 to 7 min. Be sure not to overcook, you don’t want them to shrivel up. Microwave 90 sec rice so it’s ready to add.
In a hot skillet or pan brown up ground beef. Add in and mix, worcestershire sauce, cooked rice, tomatoes, tomato sauce, crispy onions, eggs and 1/2 cup of cheese. Season to taste.
Spoon stuffing into pre-cooked bell peppers and place in oven safe dish. Top with lots of cheese and put in the oven for 20-25 min. until cheese is melted and starting to brown.
And that’s it! You can add more tomato sauce if you want to but it tastes great without it as well.
