Helen Stockbridge thought the same.

At 48 years old, Helen was tired all the time. She experienced severe digestive issues, where she felt bloated all the time. At one point, she even thought she had gallstones. She had gone away on her anniversary, only to be met with excruciating pain. After seeing the doctor, she realized it was just really bad digestion.

Helen was also getting up at 5:30 in the morning to hit the gym 6-7 days a week. At the same time, she tried various diets, including Michelle Bridges twice, Kim Beach, the Keto Diet, Weight Watchers, and shake diets.

At first, she would lose a few pounds. But she ALWAYS put them back on.

Helen was exhausted. And she wasn’t happy with how she looked.

Before joining WAL, she tried our free challenge and the buff challenge. Eventually, she joined the full program.

→ Helen noticed her bloat completely disappear within only a couple of weeks. She also has regular bowel movements and wakes up feeling lighter – not heavier.

→ Her body composition has significantly changed. She’s lost 6 kilograms, which includes body fat percentage. Her waist went from 84 to 73 cm. Her legs are more toned and defined than before.

And Helen’s done all this while eating 2000 calories per day and training ONLY 3x a week. She’s been eating more, training less, AND losing weight. Her diet further includes a variety of yummy and delicious foods, like deconstructed tacos, mashed potatoes, orange juice, fudge, brownies, ice cream, apple crumble, and more.
