What I Eat in a Day on Vacation: Healthy PCOS Diet

Sharing all the delicious food I cooked and ate while travelling in Vancouver, including pan-fried salmon, ginger-garlic chicken, sweet potatoes and sushi. It is not difficult to eat healthy on vacation and continue to heal PCOS, it just takes a little planning and creativity!
