Rose survived anorexia and now talks to teens about mental health | ABC News In-depth

One in two Aussies will battle mental health issues in their lifetime and for 75 per cent, symptoms will start when they’re between 14 and 25. But it’s young people who struggle most to talk about their mental health and ask for help when they need it.

It’s because of this that Rose and Alan go from high school to high school telling their stories of anorexia and severe depression and encouraging young people to treat their mental health just like they would a sore throat.
