What should you do if you habitually blow your diet? I mean, you eat great (most of the time) but sometimes you just can’t help yourself and you overdo it once in a while.
it should be noted that there’s no way to “undo the damage” after an overindulgence. No amount of exercise or resolving to eat perfectly the next week is going to do you much good. If anything that approach may actually set you up for your next dietary pitfall.
Instead, I recommend recognizing the habits that cause the dietary pendulum to swing in the first place so you can minimize the swings from eating perfectly clean one minute to overdoing it the next.
