Quick Healthy Salad

Make a good choice with this healthy salad. Watch in real time and make a grilled veggie salad right along with me. I’m nearing the end of my 1st week in the 8 week challenge set by my favorite gym, F45. Here’s one of the ways I’ve been sticking to the program and leaning into good health. Join this anti-inflammation regime with me. It’s a wonderful combo of hot cooked and fresh raw vegetables.
Here’s what you need:
Fresh washed raw spinach leaves, and romaine. 10 asparagus, 4 mushrooms, 3 stalks Kale, one lemon, sprouted sunflower and watermelon seeds (or other seeds, nuts or proteins) A hard boiled egg. Olive oil, rice and balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper. You could also add cucumber, radish, olives or peppers. Enjoy!
