Severe air quality makes Delhi gasp; public health emergency declared

Delhi Pollution: With Air Quality Index (AQI) crossing 500-mark in several places, Public health emergency is declared in Delhi. Schools have been shut and construction has been banned completely. Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal asked the governments of Punjab, Haryana and centre to set specific timelines for stopping stubble burning.
