Frozen Mango
Juice of 1 lemon and 1 orange
Bunch of Parsley
1 tbsp Amazonia Vanilla Protein Powder
1 tbsp Flaxseed
Oat milk

DAHL (I eyeball everything, so these are very rough estimates!)
1 cup of red lentils
1/2-1tbsp curry powder
1/4-1/2 tbsp garahm masala
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp ginger
2-3 cups of water
1/2 cup coconut milk
