This one has been a long time in the making, mainly due to the fact I wasn’t sure how to make it interesting for you guys and in turn I didn’t want to create ANOTHER ranting and raving YouTube video about nutrition.
But in the end I was really keen to share my experience with you and that is what I have hopefully done here.
Moving to a plant based diet has not been without it’s challenges and I do want to stress this is a decision we have made being in the fortunate position that there is little financial stress when it comes to being able to afford food for the next meal. Don’t get me wrong I firmly believe this diet is in many ways more cost effective then a standard meat diet, but our position affords us the luxury to be able to try these things, and we understand many people are not in that position.
Finally a big thanks to Tim Christian and the team at OORR cycling for allowing me to try their sustainable kit, go ahead and check out their website to see what they are up to.
