Today’s video is a what I eat in a day for weight loss – I love sharing cooking videos but I am hesitant to post these because food can be a controversial topic as everyone has different opinions of what is healthy vs. not healthy. please be kind in the comments because everyone eats different foods and I’m not a nutritionist. this is just one day of eating and this video’s purpose is simply to provide you guys with some meal ideas!
fluffy pancake recipe (dairy free and my fave!!!)
1 cup all-purpose flour
¼ teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 tablespoons oil or butter, divided
1 cup water
1 beaten egg
lil vanilla extract + cinnamon (optional)
2 tablespoons sugar (optional)
in a medium bowl, mix flour, salt, baking powder, cinnamon and sugar until combined. in a small bowl, beat oil or butter, water and egg.
add liquid mixture to dry ingredients and mix until batter is formed.
heat skillet over medium heat and add butter or oil. pour half a ladle of batter into pan and cook until bubbly, flip and cook until browned, 1 to 2 minutes.
