Tired of avocado toast? Make this easy, heart-healthy edamame version courtesy of our Cardiac Rehabilitation Center at Jacobs Medical Center.

The Ornish Lifestyle Medicine™ diet consists of low fat, whole food, plant-based recipes. It includes a wide variety of whole grains, vegetables and fruits, legumes, soy foods, non-fat dairy products and egg whites among other food items.
