✨ – Tidy Up
💧 – Drink 44oz. Water Minimum
💩 – Remove Inflammatory Foods (Every other week, remove one thing from your diet that isn’t benefiting you in reaching your goals. Dairy, Sugar, Alcohol, Gluten, Caffeine). You can remove these all at once, but a more gentile approach with help avoid detox symptoms, and will also help your body to develop new lasting habits.
